You're telling me the guy that is supposed to be the prototype of the Franchise QB is not capable of winning one single game in the PO?
I mean whatever but that Jaguars game in 2023 seriously and even the Texans game this year. And Jim was the coach by the way this season.

Getting the contract done early might help him buck the trend as it's usually the guys who held out during part or all of training camp that had down years.

all of these guys are better than Purdy
Lol found the guy who doesn't understand how QB contracts and the salary cap work.
What year were each of them signed? Let's start there.
Also, Purdy has accomplished infinitely more than Herbert.
This.

Since he started in the league, only Mahomes and Allen have a better QBR than Purdy.
But yeah he's not good.
The reality is that I don't need some random f**king stats to see that this kid is the best QB this damn Franchise had since Jeff Garcia.
I just need my eyes.

you are conflating team success to what these guys can do as individuals.

This is just so f**king stupid. Brock is great in most statistical categories but here you are finding that one sta he isn't good in. I bet Joe Montana, Patrick Mahomes, Tom Brady were pretty bad in a couple stats too if you look hard enough.

Regardless of what one thinks of Brock, this isn't a very high bar.
It's just hard to find* good QB's and truly great ones are invaluable.

All of that, plus the fact the team will not have the cloud of a hold out over their head. Big morale issue.
