The length is perfect, exactly what I was hoping for. Gives us team control for 6 years and the ability to spread his money out of a long time to keep his cap hit down.

I think that Purdy left money on the table, but happy its finally done. He is better than a lot of QBs who are making more than him.

I've been saying for a long time now that I don't think Brock is going to take as much as he can. I love where the deal fell, he gets paid big time and the team gets a little more room and control for 6 years. $181M guaranteed
it's about as good a deal as we could hope for that is a win/win, IMO.
