i would probably head to ruth chris steakhouse, as my first investment, order off the main menu and get a side dish. whatever money is left over, i can put into dividend paying funds, and hope for the best.

Ruth Chris isn't an investment. That's a spending spree. I would go to Peter Luger's or Sparks in NY. Maybe one of the great ones on Miami or Chicago. Ruth Chris has too many locations to maintain quality.
