There are 0 numbers mentioned. Nobody said what you're claiming.
So you remember every post here for the past 6 or so months? It certainly has been said.
Only persons to bring up "insult" in this thread in the last year is you (and now me).

This is bad reasoning as to why you shouldn't see it happening. A much better reason is because it could possibly be a career-killer if teams are not knocking down our door for Brock. He doesnt accrue and he's in the same situation next year. That's terrible for Brock.
A "tough stand" can be anything you want it to be. Which side is taking the tougher stance?
He's not the type of guy to sit out because he knows it'll hurt his career. It's not to "help" the team. That's why he's out there practicing with the guys now. Jimmy might do otherwise...
Lolol

lol u cant recognize this previous poster from the past? U used to be good @ that. 😂
Youre watching someone suggest the English language is extremely simplified.
Go down that road if you want to. The 49ers dont give a damn about any bad looks, like the other 31 teams, when negotiating.
The dude you're quoting says they wont use leverage and Brock will pretty much get what he 1st requested. 😂
Stay on that bot-type train of thought if you want to. But Google searches and AI results aint quite ready to win legit arguments. You gotta have contextual understanding better that's not on the level of my favorite pair of shoes, still,...or dont come for me.

Our plan as of right now is to sign Brock.
While we disrespect him. Why do that when we haven't found better in 30 years?

You shouldn't be mic dropping anything when you're the one struggling to understand simple negotiation back and forth with no mention of numbers and the scenarios you think you're pulling gotchas on.
When you make the majority of your posts about telling others why they're wrong I would urge you to read posts more carefully so you don't try to call people out for something they didn't say in the first place.
And while you're busy pulling up a thesaurus, please point to us where it says it brings disgrace to the organization.

Huh? I was told this wasn't said. Type-C prematurely jumped on the bandwagon. Just showing you all when it was said, and I'm sure it's more than that. That qualifies as a mic drop cause that's toast and we obviously have to switch to something else now. It's done.
You seem reluctant to disagree with him, btw. Do you believe as well that the 49ers' position of leverage means nothing? I have yet to see you disagree with that.
Sure,...you won't personally "commit" to any type of yes or no regarding "numbers",...but 99% your disagreement energy on this subject seems to go towards the posters that think he may not command $50M of cap space on a yearly basis just yet.

Naah. You can expand on the bad look thing and what it entails if you already haven't. The onus isin't on me. I'm obviously going to build off of it and give my own contextual interpretation.
We just went over one word and I'm obviously not going to delve into another word-contest when it's clear I'm right on alot of the emotional stuff being said that people would love to retract and change later.
Let's get to what the OP really means, which is what is the "bad look" stuff, and how extreme is it, and why on Earth some here would suggest it matters more than keeping cap hit values down so we can sign other good players.
No need for us to look up where you said that word-for-word, lol. Contextually, that's what you're saying when you bring it up amid a disagreement on just what the middle ground is.
But like I said,...answer back to that stuff. Leave me and what I think/understand out of it. I'm simply replying and interpreting what's being put out there.

Put it this way if it looks like you're here to just give people a hard time and you can't even get the exact things they said right then it's not a good look for you because it clearly takes the threads away from the topic at hand.
We're all guilty of going off topic but if you feel the need to call someone out then use the quote feature so we don't need to pull up the thesaurus and go back and forth about what was meant, what was said.
Or how about you just wait to see what actually happens with the contract before you go pulling receipts?
