Jimmy's 1.5 TDs per start this year. 1.33 last year, 1.69 in 2019, 1.4 in 2017, etc.
It ok to compliment one player without tearing down an other player.

Although I agree with your statement, I don't think this is a good example of one tearing down another player.

Surprisingly, Brock actually has bigger hands than Trey. He probably wouldn't so good at all the pump fakes he does if his hands were small.

Hands bigger than Trey's doesn't mean his hands aren't small, though.

I think dj meant his reply for this post here, lol.

FWIW, here is Purdy's athletic web from workouts.

Comparatively, he does have small hands.

Although he has only started for a short time, Brock does a great job of hitting players in stride...or just throwing catchable passes with touch. We're so used to it now, that when he misses a pass, it kind of stands out. That's a good thing. 😁
Good test for BCB today, he passed. Nice to get him some adversity before the post season
He was solid and I feel like he will be fine in the playoffs. Young man wasn't rattled and got some ice in his veins.
I keep hearing fall of a sudden how he has limitations and had a bad game, I don't understand? Sure he didn't have the most crisp game, but a bad game? Limitations? I don't understand? I may have to rewatch the game I suppose

our defense let us down today but we still won, I'm not angry. I loved seeing Purdy in this situation - wins aren't always pretty and Purdy put the offense in position to always win the game

I mean, HOF QBs have limitations. It shouldn't be an upsetting thing to discuss on a football board.
We have a Purdy good quarterBrock

Well let me explain. - I'm not upset at all. I also wasn't referring to what others are saying on our forum. I watched cowherd and a few others tonight and it seemed like they didn't even watch the game but had strong opinions. That's what confuses me.

i don't mind critiquing or analyzing a player, just thrown off by talking heads saying he was essentially exposed. That wasn't my takeaway

Is this chart in comparison to all combine/pro-day participants or just QBs?
purdy has less limitations than jimmy from a skillset perspective. thats how i see it. And Trey may have a higher ceiling, but purdy could be so good for us that we may never find out how good trey could be.

this is a golden opportunity for brock

Number comparisons isin't tearing down anyone. They're great to look into as they compile.
1. Your position is well-known.
2. Multiple times during the game the announcers noted Purdy's performance, ie, 2 TDs in each game he has played as a first in 49er lore. It wasn't on average. It was 2/game specifically. You changed the setting to introduce your anti-JG narrative.

In effect, it became a troll for any Garoppolo supporter.

I'm so impressed by his pocket awareness. It's one of those intangibles you either have or you don't. He's got great short area quickness and seems to make plays when scrambling. Today he maybe was a little quick to exit the pocket a time or two, but generally speaking he's been the best 9er QB since Garcia in pocket awareness and the ability to escape and make a play. That's pretty incredible for a rookie seventh rounder.
I need to learn to read. NM.
