This is why I don't think trading Lance is a bad idea. As you said, if he doesn't play it's not gonna do jack s**t for Lance. So if Brock is going to be your starter and Trey isn't getting the reps he needs then why not trade him? As you said, he won't develop behind Brock. So if they decide Brock is their guy why not trade him while he has SOME value? After next year his 5th year option needs to be determined. That adds the value to explore a trade.

For me on Trey next year, I would definitely listen to offers. That's assuming they feel the same about Brock as I do.
