QB Brock Purdy Thread

So over these ignorant critics who haven't been paying attention or have an agenda. Doesn't even faze me anymore, it's expected. With that being said, BROCK -A-DOODLE-DO!!!🐓
The above videos are auto-populated by an affiliate.
It's been about a month since Brock had the legit potential MVP national mojo with the stellar post bye run leading to Xmas debacle. Then he was more than solid at Washington the following week... but nobody noticed. Then he didn't dress in the finale.

So really the last image of Brock consumed by the NFL's narrative industrial complex remains the Raven's game.

I'd love to see Brock explode with a 400-yard 4 TD game to flip the script. I expect to see a typically efficient & complimentary point guard performance... and a W.... and the talking heads will continue to prattle on about "so many weapons". The doubters and detractors can suck it. I'm just glad he's ours.

I like what CMC said earlier in the season, "I hope the critics keep saying that it pisses him off and he has a chip on his shoulder, he plays really well after that so hope they keep saying that".

For now...

From your lips to gods ears lolol
He needs to win the Super Bowl.

Getting there is on a silver platter w this draw getting the #7 seed and likely a Lions team that's not there yet that we should stomp. Can't ask for an easier path outside of getting Tampa then Detroit.

Jimmy lost the Super Bowl and was 8 minutes from being Super Bowl MVP. Brock is way better than Jimmy - he needs to get it done.

Losing to the Ravens once more would be forgivable but if we get KC, BUF, or HOU Purdy better be hoisting that Lombardi in the air in 3 weeks.
It's all about baseline starting perception.

1st round pick that struggles, but then has 8-9 great games in a row = fulfilling their potential, was always gonna be great. (This is how Love is being judged right now).

7th round pick that has 19 great games but 4 okay/poor games going back to last year = was overplaying due to his support team, those 4 games are his true self because he was a 7th round pick. That's how they judge Brock.

Brock has to win twice the games and multiple Super Bowls to get the baseline respect the 1st round picks who put up stats for half a season and haven't won Super Bowls get.

It was the same for Brady. Took him 3 Super Bowl wins and 8 seasons of great play with a 16-0 50 TD season to be credited the same level as Peyton, Roethlisberger, etc. who were 1st round picks.

It is the one sticking in the mind of Amy TRASH and Nick WRONG.

He is more than a complimentary point guard. Don't play into their craziness.

That's a lot of what's happening.

The funny thing is the host was trying to help her out when she changed the subject to Lamar Jackson
