Amon: 119 catches, 1515 yards, 10 TDs

Aiyuk: 75 catches, 1342 yards, 7 TDs

And there are a lot of WRs in that gap. Absolutely no shot he is an All-Pro. We should all be thrilled about that, as it should be easier to sign a WR who has 0 Pro Bowls and 0 All Pros, in spite of knowing how valuable he is to us.

***EDIT*** You know what, I will back off a bit. I suppose there is a chance he sneaks in as the #6 All Pro WR. There's definitely more than zero chance. But he would have to beat out three of:

Tyreek
Ceedee
Amon
Puka
Evans
AJ Brown
DJ Moore
Nico Collins

He has more yards than Collins and Evans, though Evans has 13 TDs. The first team is likely set. Puka is getting one of the 2nd team slots, so he has to beat out three of five guys for the final two spots. I think he can beat out AJ Brown, Moore and Collins.

There is zero chance he is an All Pro. Negative chance, if that was possible. Efficiency is incredibly important in terms of winning games and value to a team. Counting stats will always be king when awarding individual accolades.

I doubt it as well. Maybe 2nd team though.

Well that's what I was thinking. When someone said "make an all pro team", I'm considering both all pro teams.

The big difference, IMO, is if we are just looking at catching statistic - we are missing a major part of aiyuks game that makes him awesome. He's huge when it comes to run blocking and blocking for other WRs. Most of the clowns in this league are too much of a diva to even consider blocking.

Aiyuk is a top 3 complete WR in this league, and given more opportunities like everyone else got - he could have fat stats too. It's just not really our system. He did a lot with the little he was given this year (relatively speaking)

Brock could win 10 Super Bowls, 6 MVPs, and be first ballot Hall of Famer and Nick Wright would still say he's a system QB and average.

1) They do?

2) Both of those are stats, lol

Agreed. BA is the hardest working WR in the league. His blocking as a WR is 2nd to none. He is also a 1st down monster. Here is a list of the top 10 WR's in yards.

1st down% per target
Aiyuk- 60.4%
Hill- 49.7%
Collins- 48.6%
Moore- 48.5%
St. Brown- 47.5%
Brown- 46.1%
Lamb- 44.7%
Nacua- 44.7%
Evans- 42.5%
Cooper- 41.0%

If you are a QB and you need a first down, who are you targeting?

ambry has come around - he's blossoming under wilks. Ronnie bell is still a rookie but has a lot of promise, I just don't want him in jennings role these playoffs are all. The kicker worries me because he's a rookie but I think he will be just fine long term.

in response to that tweet, thats a difference of 1 kick for the yearly stat comparison and many want him back because hes 100% in the playoffs. Theres much more stuff about the kicker stuff but ill leave that for that thread. Ambry besides this year has been mostly bad besides a few stretches. Ronnie Bell hasn't done much so far even when opportunities are there and don't even mention his punt returning duties lol... he is still young so hopefully he has a big leap year next year.
