LET THAT SINK IN

Kyle has always wanted mobility out of his qb with the ability to play in the pocket. That's why he moved up to get Lance for that potential. And now he has good mobility from Brock. Brock seems to be ahead of Lance in pocket experience in general.

Brock isn't close to Lance's speed, but he is the fastest QB Kyle has had here otherwise (faster than Hoyer, Beathard, Mullens and Jimmy—all statues in comparison).

So fast that Kyle runs him straight up the middle into the beef of the defense every other play....
Watching the jets tonight makes me so grateful for Purdy.

Lawrence is developing really nicely too.

Really cleaned up his delivery and delivery time after a year's worth of experience.

Doug Pederson is a QB guru

Well I don't care about Lance vs Purdy's 40 yard dash times, Brock looks way more mobile and quicker than Lance. I'm only using my own eyesight from watching them in games. This is not up for debate, as it is my own experience.

I was disappointed with how "slow" Lance looked in his limited action.

This does NOT mean that Lance can't be all that we hope he will be, it only means that to my eyes, Purdy is better in the pocket than Lance just in the limited time I have watched both play.

He's made the process I expected. I bet that he would beat Alabama his freshman year but. He was kinda stagnant since then but still a great prospect. I enjoy seeing him develop

Trey is probably more of a threat in the run game than Brock, but it feels like Brock is more agile and elusive in the pocket than Trey.
I think the reason Trey might seem slow is that he's hesitant on runs to the outside, whereas he looks really explosive on QB Power (which I don't want to see him run, because of injury considerations).

He's presumably been with her the whole time. I suspect THAT is the reason there are no videos of him making it rain on a stripper. If not, it means his friends are actually trustworthy, which would maybe be something else Trey needs to work on.

Regardless, the problem here isn't that a 21 year old is having fun. It's that a 21 year old QB whose entire public façade is about how he's laser focused, Christian, responsible, aware of his public image, etc. This was a lapse, man. It's a lapse because it's in conflict with the public image he had been cultivating since he was 14 years old on Twitter. And yes I went through his entire history before the draft. The guy was Mr. Rogers online.

But whatever, we obviously have different opinions on how the QB should behave. You think he should be one of the guys, I think he should be a step above. But regardless, if a QB wants to be a badboy, he damned well better perform on the field.

People are silly if they think that video shows a lack if focus.
The public's opinion is irrelevant.

It was a very innocent video.

Being at a party where there are strippers doesn't mean anythjng.

And LOL at calling that bad boy behavior. I am not a bad boy and I have done much, much worse.

For an NFL quarterback. NFL QBs are CEOs, not "one of the guys."

Like I said you need proper friends to do that s**t when you're famous. Go ask Derek Jeter. Those dudes are rolling into Vegas and they ain't going to Blue Man Group bud 😂

the problem is you or I have absolutely no idea when that video happened. That s**t could have been from NDSU all the same. People hold onto stuff and post it whenever.

yes we clearly have a different opinion on how young men with a ton of cash will behave. I'm more realistic with all that. In what world does going to a strip club or bachelor party equal being a bad boy lol?

Absolutely possible. Bottom line is this guy has a f**king Judas among his friends.

As far as "in what world, etc," for a QB, being a bad boy is not being a golden boy. Jimmy? Bad boy. His chiseled face gave him a pass for banging a pr0n star and ignoring his phone.

Why would anyone need a pass for dating someone?

It isn't relative to anything.

He didn't "date" her, he dumped his girlfriend to have a one night stand with her after he got his money. Look, you can say it's unfair or sexist, but your QB banging a herpes trap is not a good look. l

I don't think Purdy's arm strength is as average as people think. He flicked it 40-yards on a dime to CMC without a full load-up. Watching it again, I'm thinking, "Man.. that doesn't look all that average after all".

I think you're right.

His arm looks every bit as strong as Jimmy's to me.

But Jimmy doesn't have a weak arm. That's some weird popular myth. You can't throw the ball as fast as he can if you have a weak arm.
Anyway, no we're never going to agree on Jimmy dating a porn star and Trey making it rain, so moving on.

Brock is SO ADVANCED. Look at this ish man. Good god. You think Trey or Jimmy is recognizing this? I think not.
