Noodle arm

Wow, I knew he took a shot, but he hurled that nearly 40 yards on a dime flat-footed with guys in his face.

He made some mistakes the past couple weeks, but so have several other top tier quarterbacks.

He continues to make elite throws every week. You don't just do this if you aren't the real deal.

Seeing how garbo Lamar Jackson looked against Cleveland, I feel a lot better about Brock's performance.

The Browns are legitimately putting one of those historical defenses out there. Prior to today their yards per play allowed was 4.3. The 1985 Bears yards per play allowed was 4.4, and the 2000 Ravens was 4.3.

...and we were a missed field goal away from beating on a Purdy comeback.

That's why I'm gonna need to see Moody make a game winner before I stop calling for a new kicker.

1. Mahomes not having a great year but he's still the best QB in the league

2. Burrow sames at Mahomes, hasn't been great bc of injury but still great

3. Allen
4. Jackson
5. Herbert
6. Hurts
7. Purdy
8. Tua
9. Stroud - he's been great should probably be higher
10. Prescott
11. Stafford
12. Goff
13. Wilson
14. Lawrence
15. Geno
16. Howell

I'm not putting Hurts above Purdy. Or Jackson.

Take away all the hyperbole about Herbert's CANNON arm and I'm not so sure he is above Purdy either.

Hurts and Jackson both have been very good this year. Also taking into consideration complete body of work.

Hurts isn't having a very good year.

They are currently the best team in football and he's one of the reasons. He's also been banged up.

Purdy is already close to being or and might just be. But body of work matters.

Let me put it this way then: who would you rather?

Jackson with Kyle and these weapons would be an MVP again

Hurts isn't that great off a fit here, so I would probably go with Purdy.
Browns are arguably the best defense in football and Purdy still put up what should've been a game-winning drive without CMC, Deebo or a healthy Trent.

Purdy had two bad drives against Minnesota and it's pretty obvious he was concussed those two drives. He was great the rest of that game.

He was good for three quarters against the Bengals, then they had one lucky interception by the DE and it fell apart. And again he was missing Trent Williams and Deebo.

That shaky three-game streak with no Trent/Deebo looks like a massive fluke after today, especially considering he still looked good for 3 quarters in each of the Vikings/Bengals games.

Let's be honest here, Kyle would break Jackson week 1. Love him to death, but Kyle breaks things that aren't made outa concrete.
Hmm I think there is a bit too much criticism for that pass to BA..I mean..one of the worst decisions ever made? Naa...I think BP was laser focused on BA and made it happen with the TD. Idk.

Just hoping those 3 Games are a learning experience for Brock and he is able to do better in those late game situations where they need him to step up and win it.
