Hells yeah! Thank you! Any idea how that ranks in the league? Opinions on which system is better or more accurate?

He's 8th in the league:

I personally think QBR is better than passer rating... because it attempts to isolate the QB's play as an individual. Passer rating is a team stat in practice. I don't think either should be taken very seriously... at least in small samples. Nothing beats looking at film.
Technically tied for 7th since him and Tua have the same exact passer rating.
And he's number 1 in Total QBR. And Total QBR tells us more about how good a QB is playing than passer rating. Brock is, thus far, having a really good year.
I like them both. Passer rating is still a good stat because it separates the runners from the passers.
Well, ESPN's page has a column dedicated strictly to passing contributions to Total QBR. He's 9th in that. But it doesn't include things like sacks. Sucks that they keep their formula secret, because I'm trying to figure out how he got passed Tua on Total QBR. Maybe things like PASS are not yet weighted by total plays. Brock only has 65 while Tua has 80 something.
EDIT: Brock's EPA/PLAYS = 0.174. Tua's is 0.194. So that's not it. Maybe there's a competition factor, I don't know. They need to release the formula. But they won't. Makes me want to go remake my own metric (I now have four years of data compiled instead of 17 games, but I got bored... I'm interested now though).
