Every single one of those dates will have Trey at QB1. If/when Jimmy's healthy and they decide not to cut/trade him, will Shanahan give QB1 snaps to Jimmy or will Lance continue as QB1 regardless of Jimmy's health or status on the roster?

I'd say most QB1 snaps would go to Trey based on his health. The starting job would be his to lose--unless he's not:
- keeping up in reading defenses;
- throwing the short and medium passes with touch, timing, and accuracy; and
- remembering he's a quarterback not a quarter-horse.
