The York's must be low balling coaches. Everyone leaving and the TE's coach was talking about a pay cut.

Huh? That's not true at all.

Ebree's contract was up. His new contract was to be the TE coach not the AHC (which is a higher pay). That has nothing to do with lowballing. They paid Lynn to be the AHC.

Hightower's contract was also up and they didn't renew it for obvious reasons.

Turner is having surgery on his knees and is taking the yr off according to Barrows. This happened back in 2014.

mcdainels got a HC gig.

have no idea who's being lowballed? SF has actually paid their coaching staff and FO personnel very well.

Lynn takes over the run game stuff. I'm guessing he will be heavily involved with the RBs. Let the goat get healthy

Damn we are just having to rebuild the whole offensive coaching staff. Ouch.

that's the toughest pill to swallow. Hopefully they can get him in a consultant role. Orlando Franklin, a good OL in his own right and married to Turners daughter… said Turner loved working for the Niners (on radio) but at some point the age would become a factor. If they could get him into a cushy role as a consultant that would be the tits.

Perhaps the coaches are all hired. They probably will announce them all at one time. We are just getting leaks here and there. And I hope Turner will stay on as a consultant.

For me it's QB coach and it's not really close. We need a good one to help Lance grow.

lynn has been a RB coach (and a damn good one) for like a decade before he became a HC/OC.

Sounds like Turner is just taking a yr of because of surgery but yeah he's pretty darn old. That's why kyle is developing the coaching staff all the same.

Lombardi shares that sentiment. It's just crazy the way Kyle's staff was picked apart this off-season. I expected some poaching to happen but not dang near the entire staff to change.
