I think we can do this. Our defense is simply awesome but this time we can't get way behind as I don't think a second half miracle happens this time.
Run with them in points scored and slay them in the 4th quarter.
Nothing to be embarrassed of no matter the outcome. The pressure is all on McVay. Wonder Boy won't be a wonder boy if he loses. They have a roster that can't get much better. They got the QB they wanted. It's all on the Rams. 9ers can play chill and win the game.
Better roster? F that. We were a couple bonehead plays away from winning the division.
And at this point, what does "better roster" mean. It's only us and the Rams left in the NFC. "Better roster" is completely gauged by this specific match up. 49ers have the edge.
We have a better front 7 on D. Better oline. Better TE group, better running back group, talent wise its close to a push. If our defense hadnt started slow with a new DC this year we easily have another couple wins.
Many people view the Rams as having a better roster. I think that's based on the fact that they have bigger names scattered around the roster and have made some big moves to get them. Overall, I think the Niners might very well have a better roster. On the D line, they have 2 big names to our one. The rest of the front 7 is heavily in favor of the Niners. OBJ and Kupp are big names but Deebo is more productive than OBJ. Kittle is way better than their TE.
They have Stafford, OBJ and Kupp on offense. Ramsey, Donald and Miller on defense. All big names but their other players aren't that great.
