lol @ saying he only won because he got defensive help. Young was league MVP and Super Bowl MVP that year. The Niners averaged 34 pts per game for the entire season. Deion was a big factor, but he got his first ring because of Young more than Young got one because of Deion.

Oh man,...cc must be Young,...pun intended. Young had a crap OLine and still balled out. The team was a shell of the teams that Joe had,...and I love Joe.
Young's "peak" level of play, degraded team or not, was phenomenal.
Disparaging 1 QB with fairytales doesn't somehow make the other QB that much better or anything. Not sure why people always feel the need to rewrite history doing such.
