That's not even it. He's taken some shots. He's just been inaccurate and failed to see that defender on the interception. And these aren't flukes. They are trends throughout his career. He can make some great drives. But he's not consistent enough. Or rather, he's consistently inconsistent. His accuracy is hit or miss. That's just who he is.

Yea, a QB worth his muster would have chucked it to Kittle for a big gain or TD on that trick play. Instead he hesitates, lets the safety come up and throws it the wrong way.
