He's a great HC in pretty much all aspects. We all knew he was an offensive guru when hired, but it was his young age and his leadership ability that were the big questions. Well, turns out he's a great at leadership, too. The only real question now is his stubbornness at times with his game plan and adjusting with a lead against other great teams. Eerily like Andy Reid in that regard. I think he wins a SB faster than Reid was able to, though.
