It happened to the Niners-Rams SNF game early in the season in 2018 (after Jimmy got hurt)...
but usually when it's east coast vs west coast team in relatively big markets like SF and Philly (and especially since TV viewership is a premium this year), they will keep the prime time game as scheduled....if anything, it'd be Philly's onus for getting flexed out for being the more "mediocre" team record-wise so far
