The line is getting some pressure on Kyler and making him hurry his throws but he's also getting rid of the ball quicker than last year. He was able to escpe at least twice on plays where Jimmy would have been sacked.

Overall the defenses is playing good ball...SF needs to do something on 3rd down

He seemed to do fine with legit targets last year in Sanders and Deebo. He hasn't been perfect but look at the guys we're trotting out there without our 2 starters

We dont want to do fine, though. We want to win a Championship.

If you are fine with an average roller-coaster of a season then you're right,...he doesnt need to get any better.

I don't think Jimmy played bad. He did what he does well and that's short accurate passing. He's missing his top WRs but even if they were in there we would see the short pass and RAC offense. He needs to work on escaping the rush. He doesn't seem to have any plan or feel for how to escape. If he's pressured and can't get rid of the ball right away then he's going down. If he was facing the Niners line today he would have been sacked about 5 times.

Disappointing that they can't convert in the red zone. We should be up by 20 points. The receivers need to learn that on 3rd down they have to get to the line to the line to make.

So other than the play that ended a potential touchdown drive and another player that possibly had catastrophic results, he played fine?

Other than the 2 punt returns, Kyle Williams played fine in the NFCCG.

I remember Jet dropping a ball he shoudlve caught right in his hands. almost was a pick. potential TD right there too. you'd seriously think Jimmy would have thrown 3 INT's so far
