I like the YUCK & J1 combo as a WR pair than YUCK & Deevah ..

You are hardly mr objective when it comes to Deebo.

This, and the Deevah nickname is ridiculous, actually any nickname he gives out is ridiculous, and stupid, he claims to be from old school, yet acts like a teen online.

In a world where Christian Kirk got $88M, somebody will pay him good money. As much as I'd love to keep the trio of Deebo, Aiyuk and Jennings, it won't last forever, sadly.

2024 is the last year with those 3 together, cause in 2025 Jauan is a UFA, and will get paid $15M+ a year, he's worth it, just can't afford three WRs at $10M+, especially when we'll be paying Deebo $23.85M a yr, and Aiyuk $24M+ a yr, said first, it's gonna happen IMO.

uhmmmmm... for 15 million a year, he can walk.. lol.. WRs come out yearly and as much as I like the guy, he's not a 15 million dollar man.

Is he better than Bourne was? Better than JuJu? IMO Yes, so he'll get and will be worth $15M a year, just not for us, he's gonna get paid by another team.

I figured someone else would give him number 2 money. Will a contract that large net us a 3rd round comp pick?
Uhh...can someone explain how Jennings being better (thats questionable in itself but we'll let that go for now) than Bourne (5m per) and Juju (8.5m per) equate to him getting 15m per ?

I don't see any team paying 15m per for a block-first possession WR who has little speed and below average hands.

15m per is top 25 WR money as of right now. DJ Moore, Amari Cooper and Diontae Johnson are in that 18m-20m range

I think 15m over the life of the contract

No one saw Christian Kirk getting what the Jags gave him either. If another team thinks he could give them $15M worth of production they will.

Agree 100% with you here.. Tough to have a discussion with someone using ridiculous nicknames all the time.

No, because the same person mentioned Aiyuk will be in ~24m range. I can't imagine a world where Aiyuk gets 24m over the course of the contract.

So because Kirk (who had more than double of Jennings production at the time) got overpaid once, it gives us license to say whatever about any wide receiver ?

Ok, sure. Ronnie Bell is getting 25m contract after his rookie deal is up, book it.

I like Jennings a lot as an auxiliary WR, but this is getting ridiculous.
This dude has been clutch for us.

It is getting ridiculous, that's the point. I'm not saying he's gonna get $15M per, but I won't be surprised at all if he does.

Salary progression for one.

Cooper is an old contract, and he is due a new one.

Allen lazard just got 11m a year.
Hunter Renfrow got $16m a year.
Micheal Gallup got $10m a year.

Then you have
Mike Evans/Williams, and marquise brown as UFA. With Jefferson ready to be highest of all time, and Aiyuk, Lamb, with maybe Jeudy getting theirs. Then Godwin might get an extension.

Quickly starter money is becoming $1Xm.

The way good WRs are getting paid, Jauan is gonna get in the $15M a yr range, you guys can say no he won't, but I was the one who said Buck would get $20M+ a yr, was laughed at, by NC BTW LOL Love ya though NC, and said Bosa would get between $33M-$35M a yr, just saying, I have a proven track record, some team will pay Jauan $15M a yr to be their WR2.
Absolutely love Jennings game, I hope we find a way to keep him.
Bell will be his replacement.

That's what we do. Guys who are deemed non-essential are allowed to leave and replaced by guys on cheap/rookie contracts.

Need two bells to match JJ and it's still not enough
