I think he deserves a new contract.

weather or not the 9ers can afford it is a different question.

He didn't quit on his team like BA.
He has been a bit emotional early on about it but has been a soldier this season.

nothing but respect for him.

And I love that he has embraced the villain role. WWE with George when they retire.

Jennings could've packed it in and half assed it after he didn't get the $$ he wanted.

Instead, he showed up big time all year. I hope he gets paid (by us or preferably someone in the afc!)

Agreed. He won't command top dollar but it won't be cheap. He's gonna go over 20 million a year

No one is going to pay Jennings 20/year. Love the guy, but he's going to be 29 by the time he signs his next contract.

He's a back end two, top end three, imo. Will probably get something in the neighborhood of 15/year.

We have a bunch of dawgs. CMC / Kittle usually on top, but some games it's a different dawg (or multiple) stepping up

Jennings just comes through time & time again at big moments in games. "3rd and Jauan" is as appropriate as can be. He's a competitor that doesn't back down.

Wish the team could come to some kind of longer-term agreement with him.

Jakobi meyers is CURRENTLY 29 years old and got $20m a year extension a few days ago.

I guess we'll see but I suspect Jennings might be in that neighborhood
