Yup. They take a huge beating. A year off can do a lot of good. I just hope he is in good shape.

Also, the defensive ends around the league were spared from taking a huge beating from TW

I blame NC. See what you did bro, you spoke the complaining of lacking to address the oline into existence

I'll own that.

Good god this dude is a monster. I love you to death Joe... but man we totally upgraded with this move. Joe... come back and play LG.
He looks good. I think Lynch said Trent was sending him workout videos to prove he was in shape. That's what I was worried about, coming into camp 25 pounds over weight. But he looks good. Obviously the squats are impressive, and thats just a routine set. But you can tell his legs are strong and cut. I dont know how to say his lower legs look thin when he's an enourmous 320 pound man, but he looks like he is still plenty mobile and quick. Carrying it well. As much as Staley was an absolute legend, Williams is more athletic right now.

I'd extend him the second he pancakes someone to start the season.

amazing how we were able to immediately get a replacement for Staley who may even be an upgrade

Yeah, even Williams didn't turn down the trade. We were very lucky to get him. Perfect storm.

Worked out perfectly. I just hope Williams picks up where he left off. We could be set at LT for another 4 to 5 years

The funny thing about this gif is that after the push, Sherman knew better than to get back in his face. He was happy to let the momentum carry him as far away from this monster as possible.

gif is doing this moment in time a huge injustice. the sound of that punch landing...

It was an open hand to the face.

It was no Rougned Odor level blow, but still something every non Seahawks fan wanted to see at the time.

He has a lot of weight on the bar but he doesn't get close to parallel. It's like a half squat.
