If he goes to PIT, have fun running a great route only to look up and see Wilson/Fields running around like a headless chicken. At least his downfield blocking skills will come in handy.

—We made our final offer to Aiyuk

What exactly is the hold-up? Does it really take 3 hours for Aiyuk to make a decision between two contracts when he's had these numbers in his head for six months?

I'm starting to (perhaps delusionally) think that we're working on some sort of three-team trade and that's the holdup.

I don't think he really wants to be traded, just want more money from the 49ers. But now he is so dug in that he hast to actually consider playing for Pittsburgh. I think he's just conflicted on what he actually wants. He probably didn't think it would go this far.

He rode this all the way to the end thinking 9ers would budge, they called his bluff and now he's thinking "maybe 26 isn't so bad". I think it's too late, he needs to leave.

Wilson is cooked. Baked. Fields will be remembered as part of one of worst QB draft classes in quite a while along with our boy Lance. Wait until the over throws and misses start. Good Luck.

You know the story you tell your girl go ahead and find someone else. She starts to date another dude and then comes back saying she just wants just you. Happens all the time.
Alright, what's it gonna be BA? Little bit more cash and moving your fam to the other side of the country or a little bit less cash and just settle in and keep winning?

That has yet to be made public.

Probably hiding it because of how bad it is for us.

Lol...nope! Why would either team announce the terms of the deal before its official? This is business 101.

Saves a little on taxes as well, but kills his next shot at another contract.
Put an "extra attention" clause in his contract that states we'll write five more "Aiyuk is awesome" articles per week on the zone and this s**t gets signed yesterday.

After all this drama, i really dont want him any more on this team.
He does not value the 49ers, he does not want to be a 49er, so be it.
I like to identify with players who want to be 49ers, not only because they get 28 instead of 26.
We will be good without him.
I think i could not get excited about plays he would make in the future as i was in the past.

Character counts.

Deebo did the same thing 2 years ago. Do you not root for Deebo?

Unfortunately this is how most WRs negotiate now. Chase didn't show up to Bengals practice today. CeeDee Lamb isn't showing up.

Sad...but this is the new NFL.

Honestly, i cooled off on deebo.
Lamb and Chase ACT different to Aiyuk. Deebo was similar, but not to that extend.

Deebo didn't go this far with it, but agreed, deebos fiasco wasn't great either. And neither was he the following season. There are lessons to be learned here.

oh, to answer your question, it took me a while to get back on the deebo hype train. That dude pissed me off for a good long while 🤣🤣

This dumbass is having second thoughts again. What else could be the hold up?
