That is surprising - he must of been struggling with blocking. I wonder if this means Pline has a legit chance

Or we traded for a TE lolz

I don't make anything remotely close to AA and the taxes in f**king NY are pretty brutal as well…I say start a revolution!

I'll be right there with you. Lol taxes are outta control and not spent nearly effective enough.

When do we start this revolution? I'll bring barbell protein bars. Should I bring a sleeping bag? Are we starting in the morning? What day I'm thinking January 6th but I'm flexible.

Does this change now that he plays in Florida or is that just the bracket he's in?

Just the state tax part. So the part where it says $40.9k - that wouldn't happen in Florida since they don't have state income taxes. The federal part, where a majority of the taxes are, is the same no matter where you are.

So the move to Florida saves him $50k per game check?

In armsteads situation, yes.

look at it this way.
cali state income taxes: 13% (so they'll pay 13% on all earned income).
flordia state income tax: 0%, they don't have state income tax.

only a few states in the country have no income tax (Texas, Florida, Washington etc). I think it's 7.

Most states have some form of state income tax - just Cali and NY have the highest.

I think it's much more relevant in regular folk, like us, lives. 13% raise just to move to another state. That stuff matters.

if you just make $1k a week (52k/yr) - that's $130$ a paycheck you keep. (Assuming you're paid weekly)
thats $520 extra dollars a month for a family. That stuff really matters to 99% of America.
