At some level, you just have to feel sorry for Aiyuk. He has followed some terrible advice somewhere along the line and is now in a really bad situation.

Yes, he is a grown man and responsible for his own decisions but something came apart somewhere.

This is exactly how I feel. I am tired of his crazy bs and just want to move on, but also realize something is def up and hope he figures it out.

i think what happened they call it life changing money and he got the big pay day and i think he snapped or maybe the money revealed his true nature; some ppl call it eff u money he feels he can tell the 49ers to take a hike cuz he's secured his 'bag', probably feels so secure in his position he doesn't have to dance to anyones tune that's how he ghosted us and doesn't care about the ramifications cuz in his own tiny mind, he's set for life. this is all my own theory i could be wrong

All of this would go away if he just showed up and filed the proper paperwork. But he thinks the Commanders are going to do it for him or trade for him. I'm not even sure they can trade for him if he's on that list. Maybe the 49ers can take him off i dunno.

Yup, there's nothing to trade. He's effectively retired from the NFL.

I'd have more sympathy for BA if he had no clear path to get released. But he does. He has a very clear path: file for reinstatement with the league, take care of your traffic violation, report to the 49ers camp. Then you'll get released. It couldn't be more straightforward. But it involves showing just a tiny bit of humility, and apparently that cost is too high.

If the 49ers come after him for that remaining 18 mill i read about, that would be very unfortunate for him. I believe they will do that too. So since he did and will not reinstate does that really make the 49ers cut him by september? im not too familiar with the nfl lingo and contract situations but if anyone could confirm or list scenarios that would be cool. I do read that this allows for an extra roster spot since he's on the did not show up or participate list or something like that. Seems like old repetitive news but he was my fav player and it sucks he got that knee shredded.

We have no idea if that traffic violation is still pending. For all we know it's paid and cleared. It's public record although, i don't want to make an account for the santa clara court system website whatever and don't care to look it up lol.

I agree with your posts. I dnt feel bad for this guy at all. He is an immature azz.

You can't just "pay" to have a warrant cleared. You need to appear in front of the judge. Is it possible Aiyuk has returned to CA and done this? Anything is possible but I'm 99.9999% confident it hasn't happened yet

There'd be a court record. Would assume he hasn't handled it yet.
