Would that breach his contract with us, I am assuming it would be a major infraction from an NFL standpoint?

Player under contract with one team, creeping around another teams practice facility.

unsure of what violation that would be but sure seems like it would be.
Could get the commanders in trouble for tampering if they even spoke to him as well.

Exactly
Lynch pretty much said Brandon is on the left squad list and don't bother asking about him we're focused on who is actually here. He didn't say we won't cut him but it looks like we are playing hard ball with him and not going to be cut unless he mans up to face the sh!t he laid in his bed

I think it is one very stinky bed
The Commanders don't want him. According to sources he's basically black balled by the NFL. Time to move on. He stole some money from San Francisco and probably immediately put it in a swiss bank account. Move on Kyle. Get some cream for your scared face and coach the damn team. Kyle might be more immature than BA if they continue to hold him hostage. His knee is cooked anyways probably runs like a 5 second 40 now

What are you talking about? Aiyuk didn't steal anything and Shanahan is not immature and the team hasn't held Aiyuk hostage.

As they should. Why make it easy for him to F the team over? Man up or shut up Brandon.

This is a terrible take. 49ers paid him a lot of money for him to quit on the team. If the man can't be bothered to seek his own reinstatement then the 49ers aren't in any obligation to send him on his way.

I believe I read that technically the 49ers cannot even release him while he's on the reserve/left squad list. If he doesn't apply for reinstatement it's like the guy is retired.

He's a Seahawks fan so basically Shanahan is an alcoholic and is also immature.
The reinstatement process isn't brought up here. Is it a rubber stamp formality or could the league spend time looking into it? There just might be factors to take into consideration such as his driving skills. Child endangerment? The police issuing a ticket?

He's also a great coach. All three can be true

Someone posted before but he for sure needs to handle the warrant or he can't be reinstated. It's probably an easy thing to handle but who knows with aiyuk
