Ok lets say he applies for reinstatement. Does that mean the NFL has to approve in a timely manner for him? The stuff he posted didn't help much the image of the league. I'm sure they'll approve quickly, wash their hands of him and pass the buck back to the niners.

TJ Houshmanzadeh said he'd probably have to clear up that warrant before the league would reinstate him. I'm sure that won't take much considering he is rich enough to buy his way out of a ticket. They usually try to get it taken care of as soon as possible though. His problem won't be getting reinstated, his problem is going to be finding a team that thinks what he brings to the table is worth what comes with him of the field. He's made a complete ass of himself publicly, and a lot of teams don't want to deal with that from some mid receiver coming off of shredding his knee and quitting on his last team, who is a perennial contender.

I believe they do, usually within 2 weeks. He'd have to take care of his warrant first. Even after being reinstated, the 9ers could suspend him for conduct detrimental to the team + fail his physical. If he isn't reinstated come September 1st he's likely screwed for the 2026 season

I know that is what he literally typed but was asking about the emojis he used.

I've said before that I don't care much about him not wanting to be a niner. Business is business (for the team AND him), but talking s**t on lynch (who was trying to check in on his well-being), shanahan (who built him up and advocated for him), and his former teammates is such a b***h move.

Again if all he wanted was off the team, he doesn't want to be here, I hold no grudges. That's how things go. But he's turned it into something else

Aldon Smith died but he wasn't a locker room cancer or an a$$hole like BA is towards his teammates so we need to put some respect on his name. Aldon was by all accounts a nice guy with his own demons. He was a troubled young man and it doesn't sit well with some of us to speak on his death so casually. Dude had Hall of Fame talent but he had hell on earth demons and to that RIP

He seems to think highly of himself and thinks he's the straw that stirs the drink not realizing that on Offense we actually have three Hall of Famers TW GK and CMC and a Hall of Fame coach / play caller along with Mr Irreplaceable at QB. He thinks he's TO but he ain't. TO himself told him he wasn't

Dude is delusional and doesn't realize that he benefited most from CMC drawing extra eyes on him. BA didn't see double coverage like most number ones but we still acknowledge he was a great X for us. He should have gotten more looks in the Super Bowl but he also as a wide receiver that ain't TO has to realize that he was part of a team that was winning and we got beat by a Hall of Fame QB and playcaller ourselves along with an OL that got away with murder holding our pass rushers

He is so dunzo. He will be off the team before too long and nobody gunna give a crap about this dude. He might try to stay "relevant" on sm but he will go away, nobody gunna really remember this dude for his talent but more for being a complete douche.

I'm really sick of this guy. Get his butt out of here. I've never seen a 49er make this many waves while still on the team. Even Charles Haley with his antics didn't make this much noise.

The ball is not in the 49ers court. It all starts with him applying for reinstatement with the NFL. If Sept. 1 arrives and he is not reinstated would the 49ers be off the hook for the $26 million cap hit? What are the circumstances to which it's better to NOT release him? AB81 needs to step in here.
