I do. I'm wondering why you think Aiyuk revealing that he fired his agent last season is any indication of potential tampering on Washington's part.

This is becoming a distraction and a common talking point fast. Im so tired of anything aiyuk, tired of my friends texting me "he done lost his mind" every time he does something, tired of his mug all up in videos talking nonsense, tired of discourse around him.

The report was that some people around the league expect the team will cut him at the start of camp. It was a report of outside opinion… effectively worthless.

They don't know much of anything. Math wise so long as BA is on left squad list there's nobody we have to cut. He ain't due any money on that list and he takes up no roster spot and more importantly the accordion math we baked into his extension remains intact and gives us maximum flexibility salary cap wise. As soon as we cut him the math changes and our flexibility decreases so right now unless we are vexed by the negative headlines we have no motivation to cut him

National reporters just hear one thing then throw it out there for clicks. I'll pay more attention to our local guys when it comes to BA actually being cut

I think we can reasonably piece some previous mysteries together now.

1. Aiyuk has his $$ voided in July. Is likely told, or attempted to be told by his agent/etc.
2. News leaks in October it was voided. Is explained to him again.
3. Now that he understands, he officially quits on the team.
4. "Fires" his agent (I get a feeling his agent is unaware he was "fired" in November since he still shows as Aiyuks agent as of today).
5. Likely Aiyuk has treated his dealings with his agent as he has every other professional acquaintance: ghosting them.
