And the point that you're missing is that an investigation into tampering COULD be started off something he said whether what he's saying has any weight to it or if he's simply delusional.

And I bet if the NFL takes the time to really dig into it(something they don't always do depending on which franchise is involved) they can dig up something.

If we're being real...what is more likely?
Commanders have shown 0 interest in Aiyuk whether from their front office/coaches or even Jayden Daniels
Commanders have shown their interest but funneled all communication through Jayden
Commanders have done a combination of both.

The more Aiyuk talks the higher the chances the NFL may actually dig into it to see what's what.

Lol, I addressed the point you're making in my last reply to you. I don't think Brandon Aiyuk saying he'd 'sign with the Commanders tomorrow' if released is enough to prompt a tampering investigation.

Wonderful. And my point is the more Aiyuk makes these idiotic posts the odds of that investigation goes up. You literally have Commanders fans on twitter thinking Aiyuk already has the playbook for crying out loud.

An investigation can be made whether you think there's anything to it or not. Just depends if 49ers want to get into that level of petty.
Smoke is projecting his own feelings in this.. all it takes is the 49ers or NFL to file a complaint.

plus there is more evidence than just what he is saying on his posts, there's actual physical items. Which is a violation also..

BA keeps digging that hole even deeper as I posted earlier

It's more like the money he has to pay back

This seems like a metaphor for sure. A dumb one but still can see he's ready to leave and leave the money behind.

My feelings? No, lol.

As part of that formal complaint the 49ers would have to provide evidence.

What physical items do you think are a 'violation' and what is it a violation of?

Yea I think there needs to be actual evidence the Commanders have contacted him improperly. I don't think Aiyuk indicating his preference to play there is evidence of anything other than his desire to play there. Maybe if he were to say something like he has a deal waiting for him, or he has a contract in place etc. We'll see I guess.

Actual evidence = tampering ruling

The investigation nets actual evidence or doesn't. There has been enough coming out lately that 49ers can certainly push for that to happen which is obviously where we disagree.

Him having an official team ball from Washington could be enough. Then he doubled down on that basically saying what he said.

This is what's needed for the NFL to initiate a tampering investigation a formal complaint or protest filed by an aggrieved team, or unearthing tangible, actionable evidence of impermissible contact on its own.

So if the 49ers wanted to...they certainly have enough ammo from those videos to do just that. But I think there is still enough respect for some of the folks in Washington that they're not getting that petty.

I don't think having a ball with another team's logo is a violation of anything. Players trade officially branded products with each other pretty frequently. Signed balls, jerseys, etc.

Like I said, BA just keeps adding and adding to a list where it will be easy to file a complaint

just sit back let him do the work lol

Brandon Aiyuk coming out the closet for all to see. Now the desire to play with Jayden makes sense.
If cut and signs with Wash, would he be the first player arrested before playing an away game?

It's just noise and doesn't really matter. The most likely outcome is still for him to show up for TC and play with us this year. We might have to rework/extend his contract or restore some of his guaranteed money to smooth things over. None of this offseason drama is going to be remembered if he's back to playing like a WR1.
