I have been supporting BA saying the cops cant prove it was him speeding.

but now he is saying its an attempt to "smear his name"

I can't stand it when people deny reality and try to go all martyr on the world.

Its post june 1st and dude still is on the team for some reason...why not cut the losses and wash hands of the whole situation ?
not a single GM is trading for him

just cut him and move on, I am so tired of reading news about him and him still being a 49er.
