Guaranteed they didn't just decide today to randomly issue an arrest warrant. He has likely been ignoring law enforcement/court appearances/etc. (Just like he seemingly ignores everything else)

FYI, that's not the way this works. He would have already had to have been arrested for him to fail to appear… and that would be a bench warrant for failing to appear, lol.
This is just the conclusion of a criminal investigation and they've decided to charge him.
