Things will heat up in late August. Obviously, the 49ers are hoping at least two teams will have enough interest in him to make a trade rather than take a chance on FA hoping he chooses them (Commanders?). All it takes is one other team to show interest to yield a draft pick. That is the scenario I see happening.

He's already showed he doesn't mind not being forced to do something... we had a winning team, and he still didn't want to come back because of the FO/Kyle. So I would think another team would not want to risk that kind of publicity, even if it were for a 7th round pick.

Lol. One of the GOAT comedies.

It's $200 dollars!!!

yah right!!!

Just sad and disgusting. Some people never grow the fuk up. The 49ers have paid him $48.4mil to play 7 games after signing his contract. Just release him already. He's a sunken cost if I ever seen one. Let him become someone else's headcase. And I hope he don't show up for camp before the trigger date (which he'll probably do just to stick it to the organization and collect another $24mil, then he'll probably fake an injury).

No team will trade anything for him at this point; not even a 7th round. They'd be fools to. Lets just cut our losses and wash our hands of him.
There is zero reason to release him now. That does nothing for us and potentially benefits him and/or another team. The Niners should either trade him or release him at the last possible time.

He might be too busy showing off and spending money to have time for football anyway.

I don't disagree with that. And I should have said that I do understand why he haven't been released. I'm just sick of his sh!t and just wanna be done with him already. I'm just ready to move on from him.

Pretty much.

Also, I think these type of posts by BA are either to rub it FO and fans face, or/and a way of coping because he knows deep down he sabotaged his career.

Yeah there's no reason to cut him now as he doesn't count against the teams 90 man roster right now so no reason to cut him right now
Let's see. He gets married in the off season and looks very happy. In the next 5-6 months things get very weird. Can anyone here see a connection? Methinks the marriage lasted one day and she wanted out. I'm old enough to remember Mike Tyson's marriage just before a $50 million fight. Who gets half of it?

This guy seems destined to end up broke and in serious trouble by the time he's 40. Sometimes wealth is a death sentence.

I don't see that as the reason he chose to ghost the team over rehab rules...but no one knows for sure.
