Wake up? You do know the new league year hasn't even begun right?

He will get paid again, todays NFL doesn't care about the personal issues if a guy can play.

typically i'd agree but i seriously doubt anyone will pay him big in 2026. He'll get signed because he can play but it'll be on a 1 year prove it deal.

Unless he signs some ridiculous contract where a team has a thousand outs. Like 3 years 50 million and only 2 million guaranteed.

He better start looking for a bridge to sleep under.

Honestly the up keep, insurance and diminishing value can easily catch up to him on all these luxury purchases. Oh how I would laugh if the 9ers took him to court on breach of contract and he has to give it all back and is broke on all the lawyer fees

I hope they do it. Just go all the way. The lawyers they can afford would be far superior what Aiyuk could.

Why would the Raiders do that? It would be one thing other teams initiated the call. But if they aren't, wtf is trading anything for Aiyuk? Why would anyone willingly take on a contract that YOU thought the 49ers shouldn't have taken on when BA's value was at its highest? His value is at its lowest now. Why would a team do that?

They might, that's a ton of money. Might even be able to sue further as he purposely/intentionally handicapped our salary cap and sabotaging the team. We lost other players that were due for a payday or we could have used the cap space in other areas. It's not far fetched to claim mal intent with his the videos and posts. Only thing is that would be a major distraction and the 9ers are not like that. They might just wash their hands of him and move forward

I can wait. His contract is tolled and he costs us nothing in roster spot or money. We need to leave him where he is until he shows up. If he wants to play again he's wto have to come see us

Exactly. All the stuff near Levi's reveal his intent. I say do it.

The hell they will. The legal team will pursue every last cent and the team will KEEP him on the reserve/left squad list for good measure
