Ayuik is one year wonder at this point and is the biggest baby quitter ever. Eat the dead money and dump this cancer. Let him destroy some other teams Wr room.

... this is what I'm talking about. Like what in the heck are you talking about?

I'm not. That's money we can use elsewhere on some impact player/s. It's actually a pretty huge debacle. We've done some great things with this regime despite some huge mistakes not to take away from the great decisions also.

It was only $50mil for 25 catches because he got a gruesome injury. If he wasn't injured he would have put up his #s eventually.
The 9ers showed who they were when they CHOSE to leak contract details during negotiations. They broke the trust first. Aiyuk returned the favor and played the media game as well. We shouldn't be homers about this. Our front office took too long trying to sign him, and the $$$ went up because of other WRs getting signed to big deals. If you feel you missed out on a good or fair deal, by your own fault, then you move on and don't get desperate and pay way more than you were going to be happy about and not buyers remorse.
The moment they took too long to sign him...and $$$ was too high because of other WR deals.. the 9ers should have traded him, even if it meant it was to a team giving us less.

1) giving up a king's ransom for Trey Lance
2) overpaying for an uncommitted Brandon Aiyuk
3) drafting Solomon Thomas # 3 over [fill in the blank]
"huge" in an understatement when it comes to Kyle/Lynch boneheaded decisions…

We broke the curse of not being able to get a pro-bowl WR with Deebo, then struck again with BA, and now both their time here is over. I can't imagine BA ever playing for us again.
I don't think his contract was a wise investment anyway, because as good as he was, this team doesn't utilize WRs enough to make it worth 30 mil.
