I'm not buying this as the 49ers are currently shopping him like they are with Deebo. I could see them entertain offers, but there won't be a good enough offer out there.

We can't start the season with just Ricky and JJ. Especially since we will be extending Purdy, you can't put him in that kind of a position to have such little WR help. If this happens, we are basically forced to use a 1st or 2nd on a WR, which would be stupid right now.

I don't think he gets traded, it'd kinda look bad too giving a big contract then trading that same player the next season after a significant injury. Some one did make a good point that the first years of Brock's extension will be the cheapest so any cap hit to take would be now to get it out of the way

I'm ok with dealing him. May even be a great idea. We don't know if he will ever be the same. We clear his salary off the books and get younger. It's not a bad idea. Do you have a taker for his enormous salary and injury rehab? That's a big risk for another team. But I would move him if we can.

The Iowa State kid is big and ran pretty well. Production is good too.

6'4" 214 lbs. 4.47 40 yard dash. 39 inch vertical.

Jayden Higgins.

87 - 1,183 yards - 9 TD's.

Everything is great about him. Big, productive, reasonably fast, somewhat explosive.

I so don't want to spend another 1st on a wr, there really isn't much out there either other than Higgins. Devante Adams could be a good pick up if released he already said he'd like to play for us but no way on his current contract
