Read the Athletic article that referenced a bunch of Sharp's stats on the SB. This one stood out and I think is very relevant:
Per Sharp, Garoppolo has dominated Cover 3 on early downs, averaging an NFL-best 11.4 yards per attempt. He also ranks No. 1 with a 76 percent third-down conversion rate against Cover 1 (man-to-man coverage), which Kansas City employs in most third-and-manageable situations.
One reason a defense plays Cover1 or Cover3 on early downs is to bring a safety into the box to stop the run (3 deep with no run fit, 8 in the box to stop the run), since early downs are when an offense will typically run the ball. If KC wants to stop the run by putting 8 in the box and playing C1 or C3 behind that, the stat above shows Jimmy's success in that situation.

After practice he would go to Tommy Hart, the D line coach and ask him is it red light or green light, referring to how the practice went. A good one was red light and a sloppy one was green light. Red light meant they could have sex that night and green light meant no. Only Walsh could come up with something like that.
lol how do you enforce that?

I was wondering the same thing. Obviously Walsh was joking but some of the players may have thought he had hidden cameras.
It was the opposite. Red was

and green was

It should have been red for sex since the prostitutes are in the red light district.

Just listened to him, that dude still has screws loose after all these years. Still sounds like he's coked out.
Will never forget him spitting in JJ Stokes face calling him the N word on MNF.
Dude was a caveman to start with...then add coke and roids to the mix. There are very few of our players I have actively disliked. He is one.
I am surprised he is still alive, honestly. Would think his heart would have given up years ago.
The dude was something else. I'm internally conflicted as to whether I like him or can't stand him lol.

All true but the guy played well for the Niners when he was there. Wasn't physically gifted so he needed everything he could to play. He even said he was taught to lead with his head at a young age and would have a hard time playing under the current rules.

Excellent...
I read an article where 63.12% of the experts picked the 49ers. One of us is lying.
Seems like such a small difference and yet it makes Nick Bosa's arm length jealous.
Naw, his arms extend telecopically during plays. We good.

Mike Pereira former NFL ref is a big Niner fan, and his dad too...
It turns out Pereira grew up a fan of the San Francisco 49ers. He seems to be more just the proverbial "fan of the league" or "fan of good football" or whatever you want to call it. But when he first entered the NFL, his dad made sure he was clear on where his loyalties needed to be.
"I said … 'Dad, I'm in the NFL,' and it was amazing, because there was dead silence on the phone," Pereira recalled. "Finally, he said, 'There's just one thing I want you to know.'
"At that point, being somewhat emotional, I remember … beginning to break down. I felt like I'd finally achieved something in his eyes, and I was waiting for him (to break the silence).
"Instead, he just said right into the phone, 'Don't f**k the 49ers.' … He hung up the phone, he walked out to the first tee where all of his buddies were waiting for him, he put the ball on a tee, and hit the longest drive he'd hit in his entire life."

That's awesome. Same thing I tell my son. You can Like who want behind closed doors and when talking with your friends. But when you're with me, it's all Niners. Lol

That surprises me a little. In his early years on TV it felt like whatever the call was, he would take the side against the Niners. Seems to be less that way lately.

Why even torment yourself? Just don't listen. It's the best advice I can give you. Just hang here with the faithful.

This. So anyway I just don't see anyway the 49ers win if this becomes a shootout. Mahomes is the Jordan of football. We have never seen someone this good this early in his career. He has a chance to win a Super Bowl and an MVP this early in his career. I bet after games he doesn't take ice baths cause he just stands on the water. I hope the niners just don't show up cause it's pointless they already lost.
