Give it to him - that was a hell of a play to tackle him high not low.

If Jimmie Ward had known to tackle high against ATL, this game probably doesn't matter. Still can't believe he went low on Julio and pretty much flipped him right into the endzone.

Dude you are so negative lol.

He's got a point though - if he tackles him high we win the game and this game didn't mean anything.

Being "right" doesn't make it an appropriate comment in what's meant to be a celebration of a huge play by Greenlaw. I just don't understand how anyone can be anything but euphoric right now. To each their own I guess.

Why even make that "point" in this thread, right after this game? It's a hype sucker. Might as well go through all the losses and pick out all of the plays that could have made this game "not matter."

Or just enjoy this huge win and amazing play and tackle. One outlook is positive, the other is negative. Again, I see no benefit in looking back at what ifs. AT LEAST not tonight and definitely not in this thread.

Celebrate this man Greenlaw!

Ummm...you see how big Julio is compared with Ward? Tackling him high and not taking out the legs and Julio likely gets into the end zone much easier with leg push.
Game ended 26-21, both guys that made the play were no. 57...

Except Greenlaw and the rest of the D said not going high was a mistake in the ATL loss. He said this in the post game presser.

Yes it should go down in lore. It's the first time we beat Seattle in Seattle in 100 years. Plus it was for the #1 seed, home field advantage throughout the playoffs and a first round playoff bye. So it's a real big deal IMO.

If we win the Super Bowl then I think it'll stick.

Correct

Just like TOs catch 2 is a myth because it didn't lead to a super bowl.

Never liked that getting a nickname
