Love these random people coming in here throwing out s**tty takes
Great take NY. It was a great game and the Niners came up short. Hopefully we get a chance at them again

agreed holding balt to 20 is elite, defense did their job today

You mean the weak ass defense allowed the TD. DEFENSE WAS TRASH TODAY
Lol no it wasn't.
LOL, no it wasn't, Lamar and that offense is a monster.

Whatever though it doesn't matter. :/
In the offseason, all I wanted for Christmas was a playoff spot, now we're legitimately a super bowl contender. I'll settle for that. We played Baltimore tough and had the disadvantage of the rain and some of our defenders (dee Ford) out. Between a playoff bye, and home field advantage and health, I'll take health every time.

Jimmy is fine. He's Around the 15th best QB in the league. This loss isn't on him. It's tough to handle dynamic mobile QBs. That's why we lost

End of the day the head coach lost this game.
No he didn't. Just stop.
YES HE DID. Not running the ball on 4th and 1 is an egregious mistake and not forgivable at that juncture of the game. 4th and 2 or 3 and have no problems at all and not even mad we lost.

If they are both going into that game 13-2 then it's winner take all. So Seattle doesn't have to lose another game before we play them if we win out. We would just have to beat them.
The only way that game doesn't matter is if either SEA or SF have two games separating them in the standings before it, such as SF being 13-2 and SEA being 11-4. But if both teams are within 1 game then whoever wins the game wins the division, depending on the tie breaker. (Right now SEA loss to NO is huge because it would give SF the tie breaker if SF end up with the same record as SEA if SF beats SEA in W17).

Like any diehard 49ers fan I think Jimmy is the weakest link, but this loss is on our defense's inability to play with discipline in the 1st half. We played really well in the 2nd half, and I thought the offense was fine. Jimmy actually made some big throws for us. His fumble hurt though.
I think as a fan you're the weakest link
We really do have some of the worst fans around. I don't know if they're young or just that emotional and hyperbolic. Yeah, I guess Jimmy's fumble hurt in that it lead to Baltimore points in the first quarter. And Lamar Jackson's fumble in the third quarter when they were driving for points evened that out.
There are no perfect QB's or players. But overall Jimmy was fine today. All of the haters are either trolls or short sighted. If he played like Lamar Jackson did and put up his stat line today as a passer this place would have gone crazy. What I saw from Lamar wasn't anything impressive today other than fast, physical running quarterback. He made some good throws but no different than other NFL QB's do.
The weakest link at this point is our offensive line, period. They do okay within the system but talent wise they're very run of the mill. And if they're run of the mill, I guess it becomes easy to blame the QB for everything.

You know guys it hurt but I really think we found the blueprint to beat them.
