I'm working from home today and getting ready to crack open my first beer.

I did! First it was half day, then I woke up and the hype set in... I text the boss and said make it a whole day off!

I did! Might get fired, might not lol

This is not a "hill to die on" but here are the PFF grades for the three tackles for PP and run blocking and snaps:

Brunskill - PP = 81, run = 66, snaps = 284

Skule - PP = 52, run = 73, snaps = 452

McGlinchey - PP 70, run = 56, snaps = 283.

McGlinchey had a good year, a year of promise last year, but did not have a very good start this season. Hopefully part of it was due to an injury that was slowing him down and he will be ready to ball tonight.

I think its mostly explained by the competition. He went up against guys like TJ Watt and Myles Garrett who have shown that they can get theirs vs most tackles in football. Its a sample size of 5 games and in most of those he was going against some of the top pass rushers in football this year.

Nice, Celek is a reliable TE. You can count on the guy to catch and make some yardage. Seadderall cut Dontae, and it's too late for Cheat Carroll to pick him up and pick his brains regarding tonight's game.

I never missed a game from 1970 thru 2003 at the Stick. We screamed our lungs out but no matter how loud we yelled the Stick never became known as a loud stadium. It was too open and the seats were too far from the field. Now that we have a good team it's time to really crank up the noise at Levis. That North side with all that glass should really reflect the sound from the South side and the seats are way closer than they were at the Stick. Tonight's the night to crank it up and let those 12th man humps know that our stadium can be loud too. Turn off the smart phones, stop the selfies and watch the game. Get into it. Get angry. Have fun.

I think Candlestick was much louder than Levi's. I went to a game at Levi's and it's wide open. Candlestick had that little bowl at the top that helped out, and the fans would pound their feet and rock the temporary metal bleachers behind the opposing team. I think the old place rocked. Tonight Levi's will get their chance to be a factor in the game. Go Niners!

Sorry but it was never known for being loud. The stands were just too far from the field. I sat on the lower level under the upper deck so the sound was lud where we sat, but it didn't carry to the field. It just sort of stayed under the overhang. You never saw a lot of false starts or QB's having trouble hearing. Levis is much closer to the field. It may not have been loud when you've been there but I heard the fans are starting to get into it and the volume is going up. I know they built that stadium to hold the sound in because they wanted to hold concerts there. Stadiums can't be loud unless the fans are screaming. Sitting in one of the clubs watching on TV won't do it. I thought that was kind of a mistake to put all those clubs in the stadium because it makes it too easy for fans to go in there and keep refueling and just watch from there. The players can't hear you in there.

Finally it's game day! Our turn to shine baby! Let's kick some Seahawks asses! Let's go!!
Everyone in the brocade and everyone else seated in the lower bowl at the 50 yard line super expensive seats, please stay in yur seats and make some noise!

Stay at home dad here, but with a nice side income...

Didn't take the day off but "thought I heard a cough" earlier and gave the kiddo a double dose of nyquil.

So, same thing really. He should wake up tonight sometime.
