Hells to the Yeah!!!!Originally posted by Phoenix49ers:
I was expecting them to win 8 or 9 games total this season. To be knocking on the door of a winning season in early November is nuts. The turnaround of this team has been pretty remarkable and locking up the first winning record since 2013 would be even sweeter if it were to come against Seattle.

After we bottomed out in that offseason from hell in 2015, I figured it would take time to turn it around.
Didn't think it would be 4 years, but I'm glad to have been along for the ride. Didn't miss a single game at levis the entire time.

Yeah especially with the depleted roster Baalke left behind, I'm impressed Lynch and Shanahan were able to fill holes in such a short time period

Yeah, they are about to smash my predictions. I had 9-7 minimum and 11-5 if everything went our way.

And I would have called you very optimistic in the off-season as I thought best case scenario we'd be 10-6. I thought we'd be around 8-8 and I would have been happy with that.
Now both of us are looking dumb, but we're also both pretty damn happy about looking dumb too.

The current goal has been recalibrated. Now, it is not even winning the division, it is a first round bye. If that is achieved, we recalibrate again.

So far so good but we're only half way. It gets harder from here on. The upcoming opponents have a winning record. This is going to be the true test
