Predict Niners record based on remaining Schedule

Next twelve games only have one losing team - Atlanta. Excluding them, the combined record of upcoming opponents is 33-14.

We'll find out if we are "who we think we are."

Maybe those teams had a winning record or had a chance at a winning record until they played the Niners. Went through the same argument with the 2011 Niners. They don't win against those teams, especially the way they did it, without being really good.

I had the Niners going 10-6 after watching the Defense come together in the preseason, and liking the offense starting to click. 10-6 seemed optimistic yet achievable. Of course now at 8-0 that means really biting the big one and winning only two more if we went 10-6 at this point. Not going to happen. Post Qwon, I see us struggling against the good running teams of which there are only two (Seattle 2x and Baltimore and possibly the Cards with their new acquisition and QB). Vs. the rest of the teams our pass defense, plus a healthy offense should get the job done:

Seahawks Nov 11, (W) - Shanny w/10 days over almost any coach in the league. Sherm pissed about a bad outing vs. the Cards + playing his former team in our house looks good.
Cardinals Nov 17 (W) - We got the Cardinals best shot this last game. Their newfound run game will give us problems. Shanny will have time to prepare this time on offense. The team now understands Isabellas speed.
Packers Nov 24, (W) - As good as Rodgers is, this is a passing team with a pocket QB. Bosa and Dee will eat.
Ravens Dec 1, (L) - East coast game with no Qwon vs. a great running team
Saints Dec 8 (W) - Game could go either way, but I just feel like Shanny wins an offensive coaching duel.
Falcons, Dec 15 (W) - Don't bother showing up Atlanta
Rams TBA (W) - Second home game, Rams try to run in more but Goff sees ghosts from the first snap.
Seahawks Dec 29 (L) - Seattle's asshat QB and ground game get the better of us in a close round 2.

I can't overstate the loss of Qwon will have on the team, but with many players coming back on 'O' and starting to click in the passing game, the team should be able to overcome in most cases. The difference between this team and other teams in the league is we don't have many glaring weaknesses. 14-2.

We have plenty of issues to deal with and we have some serious injury concerns but I don't see any reason we can't beat any team left on our schedule.

I'm not counting the last game in Seattle because no matter where we sit I don't see us going to Seattle and winning, also there may be more importance in sitting guys we will need for the playoffs.

Throw in the Ravens and assume we lose that game on the road and then we're sitting at 13-3. This is best case scenario.

At worst, we drop games to the Saints, Packers and Rams and we finish 10-6 which should still get us into the playoffs and hopefully at least one home game.

All that said I think we will fall somewhere in the middle maybe 12-4 which hopefully gets us #2 and a first round bye.

If we can at least get that bye, I don't see any scenario where we can't beat either of the remaining 2 other NFC teams left at that point. Not saying we will, just saying we have the ability to beat them.

After that, anything can happen in a one game playoff.

12-4 or 11-5.

Don't stop believing folks. We're still THAT good.

We are not losing to the Packers. They are vastly overrated.

I see us losing @Baltimore and winning @NOLA. The Saints aren't as bad as they looked on Sunday, but coming off a tough loss in Baltimore, we'll rally to win there.

I know winning in Seattle will be hard, but I DO NOT believe that Clowney will repeat that performance.

That being said I think we'll come into that game with a two game lead and the outcome won't matter.

Yeah, I got them losing to the Packers, Ravens, Saints and then the last game at Seattle. That would get them to 11-5, if they beat Seattle then there at 12-4.

After this Seahawks loss?

I think we will lose the entire season's series to Seattle.

Also, I think we will lose to the Saints and Ravens.

So, 12-4 would be my ceiling.

Could we lose to the Packers or Rams? Possible, but if we play well they shouldn't be a problem.

Yep, maybe if we have a full squad - I can envision a win at Seattle. But, I'm with you - it's probably a sweep.

We will have kittle and sanders back that's a difference maker. Niners had the 1st game won

we only have one loss, but it feels like we're 1-8
