Another UGLY WIN!!!

But you dont get it these are losses we would have last year not this year

I get that we are better than last year, but if we want to get to the playoffs, we need to have pretty wins, not ugly ones against backup QBs.

See the Bengals game last week. All of them won't look that way though.

The stat line wont look that great for Jimmy but it was a great building block game for him. He got the piss knocked out of him but kept coming back looking to make plays. Could be a confidence booster.

Both those picks were bouncing in the receivers hands, but yes, jimmy needs to throw better balls

Bosa, Ford, Buckner and Armstead are the new Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

A year ago there was no way they create that much pressure on a QB late in the game.

This is true. Bosa is always there, maybe not get the sack. Ford, was a beast today.
3-0 baby

Let alone just the front 4. We can finally create pressure with just our front 4

You get the win regardless. It's a week to week thing. Week one we can't run the ball worth a crap and score two defensive touchdowns. Week two was complete domination on both sides of the ball. Week three we have adversity that could have buried us and win. Games aren't played on paper because a team has its backup quarterback so we're going to cruise. That's a team that is used to winning over there and wanted one badly and we shot ourselves in the foot the entire first half and again in the 4th quarter when it looked like we were going to lose and came back and won.

It's hard for some people to be happy I guess.

So in the last 10 minutes we have had multiple "game over" posts and multiple "bench Pettis" posts.

I do my best to keep tits calm, but tits be flip flopping all over.

So true!
It's amazing what a pass rush can do for a team, night and day difference.

Skule is serviceable. We need to obviously keep developing him but I think he can do the job. Seemed like everyone on the line was struggling today. I don't know if it was just an off day or if Pitt is that good on the defensive front?

Until those penalties in the 2nd half I thought our biggest issues on the OLine were right side. Wasn't a bad game at all from him in general.

Having said that, we'll see how he matches up in a couple weeks against that beast the Browns have on the edge.

Now Kyle has something to look at on him also. Might be able to assist better and also work on his weaknesses with some tape against starters.
That was the most stressful win that I can remember being a fan. But a win is a win!

This was one ugly performance by our team, but luckily, they still managed to come away with the win in the end.

Remember how we had ugly W's with Harbaugh....good teams win. Period!!

Agreed W is a W
