@ Tampa Bay - L (East coast game. Niners usually don't travel well. Will be a very hot and humid day. Also...they always start the season slow and underwhelm expectations. Buccs defense looks better than I thought. Bosa's health is 50/50. If he is in,I think we win. If he is out,its a toss up. )

@ Cincy - W (Bosa should be back by now, and Jimmy G will get the jitters off and play well enough. Rookie head coach. No AJ Green. Dalton is average at best)

Steelers - L (We just always manage to lose against the Steelers for some reason)

Browns - W (It's monday night football. Historically, the Niners always play good on this stage. Coming off a bye, I like the chances against the Browns in a close game with potentially high scoring).

@ LA Rams - L (It's the Rams division until proven otherwise)

@ Washington - W (They don't have a QB. No brainer)

Panthers - W (I'm not a believer in the Cam Newton resurgence like many people are. And his recent injury may linger)

@ Arizona - W (They have a college offense. I'd be ashamed if we lost to them)

Seahawks - W ( Mullens beat them last year at home. No reason we can't repeat the same thing again)

Cardinals - W (They should be swept)

Packers - L (Rodgers just has our number, and still hasn't forgiven us for passing on him in the draft)

@ Baltimore - L (Id like to think its a win since I think Lamar Jackson sucks, but maybe we might lose since its a road game.)

@ New Orleans - L (Drew Brees at home. They're a Superbowl team. I don't think we are ready)

Falcons - W (we're at home. I think they are overrated. Dan Quinn is on the hot seat this year)

Rams - W (I think we are good enough that we can split with the Rams)

@ Seattle - L (We pretty much never win at their stadium)

after barely scraping by and getting a 9-7 record, I believe that half the fans will look at this year as a success. I predict that no one will be fired after this year. No playoff berth.

Chiefs will probably win the Superbowl, since Mahomes is bound for the hall of fame.

Keeping expectations in check. I expect some rough patches, and even some down games by Jimmy G.

I'll gladly take more than 8 wins. I'd just rather be pleasantly surprised by, say, 10-6, than disappointed in 8-8.

Easy. 7-9.

Too many issues with the OL, still questions in the secondary, health, #SaleHappens, youth (penalties/key mistakes), and tough schedule.

Talent wise. 9-7.

10-6, a wildcard berth and a win in the wildcard round before falling in the divisional round.
