You don't have to respond to every single post on it. He's injury prone until he proves otherwise, and unless your his uncle or something, you can chill!

I mean come on fella,... you have well over 30 posts responding about his injury in this thread alone and it hasnt even been half a day yet!!
For a dude that says there's nothing to worry about,...you surely respond to every doubter like you're worried sick.

Let it play out.

How do you prove you are not injury prone?

I don't know, but I imagine it involves going more than 10 practices without getting injured.

Was Frank Gore injury prone?

Compared to Bosa , no
Around and around we go.

Call me when he misses regular season games.

Until then, couldn't care less if he misses a few practices or preseason games with a minor sprain.

Well up to this point in Bosa's career. Frank Gore had 2 torn ACLs.

He only played in 3 games last year at Ohio State. Being out for a substantial part of preseason is not going to help getting into game shape and could increase the possibility of more injuries if he's put back too soon or given too much work. Obviously his injury history was a key consideration in drafting him. Do you take a player who may be rated a little lower, but has no injury history?

We will soon know the answer.

He rolled an ankle, he could have done that just walking down the stairs. He'll be ready for the opener, healthy and ready to go.
So probably no preseason. But will he be able to return to practice at some point? Maybe soon enough to get practice reps against Denver? Would they not want to risk him practicing against Denver even if he is healthy? Idk, I'm not a doctor. He needs reps, but above all he needs to stay healthy.

I'm hoping they're targeting the third pre-season game for him to get some reps. That's the game the starters play the most and would be a nice tune up to the season opener.

Why do you care what I say so much? you constantly respond to what I say in this thread nonstop...then proclaim I need to calm down lol. You don't get to tell me who or how many times I'm allowed to respond on a subject, bud.

Injury prone needs to have context...sorry if you can't understand that.

Do you have absolutely no concerns about Nick or Dee Ford regarding injuries?

Or do you have the same amount of concern you'd have about any player.

You have to look at injuries objectively and apply context to them.

I don't have injury concerns (not throwing the injury prone label out there) when someone gets their ankle rolled up on. I do have issues when someone like Ward is constantly dealing with broken bones. Would be even more concerning if it's the same injury over and over as well....Like if Bosa was actually injured with the same issue he had in college then imo that's a concern.

Yea i feel it. At the same time. He's been getting enough to the point where him and the staff should step back and evaluate if he's being rushed out on the field too quick or too careless with his body. Or whatever it may be. The have the science and technology to see if he's properly hydrated, conditioned, and stretched out.

We can sit back and say that pulled hammy or whatever it was was due to rust. The ankle was due to being rolled on. The hernia was just a hernia. The torn acl was a freak injury that's in the past. But at a certain point it becomes excuses.

I guess my main point is that b***hing will do nothing except be annoying at this point. But I hope something is being done to ensure he stays healthy as much as possible. Like when Steph curry had those ankle issues. Everyone thought it would follow him his entire career. It does, but they learned how to deal with it. Keeping his running form tighter and giving him ankle supports.

Agreed.

Fact is, you're prone to only turning up when there's opportunity to make negative comments.

They stated he might not play in preseason games. Which I say that's alright if he is injury prone like some think then my thought is why waste the supposed injury for a F**King preseason game. Bosa is a lock so let some other rookie play that needs to show his talent.

Dodged a huge bullet. Really curious to see what kind of grade ankle sprain it is.

I would have liked for him to at least play in the third game but I'm not worried if he doesn't. His brother held out all of TC & Pre season and ended up having 12 sacks as a rookie.

Just put him on ignore man...

You know the narrative of the select few will be there any time Nick gets hurt. Doesn't matter how he got hurt or what the injury is - he's injury prone.

I'm sure Grant Cohn rubbed one out to the headline yesterday so he could roll out the "Bosa injured again second time in x number of practices"
