He needs to start warming up. Getting on the field this week on a limited snap count would be great. He'll have an extra week to recover.

He's out. Will not play against Atlanta. He is supposed to be back for the Raiders game. But, we have heard this before.

That's too bad. I hope he'll be able to return to the field again.

I'm now beginning to get this strong feeling that Nick Bosa will not play another game this season. Please, someone convince me otherwise. Please?

My feeling is even worse than yours.

My feeling is he's going to pull an Andrew Luck this offseason and say "I can't keep rehabbing 80% of the time and playing only 20% of the time. I'm done. Peace out!"

I have no idea of what he'll do but we can't expect a lot from him in the future. The injuries and rehabs take a toll on the body and the fact is he wasn't playing the level he did when he won DPOY. With the amount of money he's scheduled to make next season their could be an issue if the Niners want to rework that contract. He's missed 18 games in the last 2 seasons. Prior to that he had a 9 and a 10 sack year. Good but not great. If he expects the Niners to pay him like the 18 sack player he was in 2022 then he's in for a surprise.

I think Bosa has only played 85 games for the Niners. That's about 1.8 million per game he has played.
at least we know that we can win it all without bosa. i did not think that a month ago

Neither did I. And now the trade deadline is coming up and they can add more pass rush. Seriously Bosa is losing leverage by the week and this injury s**t is getting real old I could give a s**t if we're talking about Myles Garrett.
What are the cap savings/hit if we cut him next year. Personally I am tired of the Every year Bosa saga and lack of production vs salary.

Minus CA taxes
What a bunch of CRYBABIES!!!!!!!!!

y'all better be preparing for next year coz Bosa is going to be extended,... his contract is going to be negotiated and extended,... he's going to be a 49er for life,.... and completely deserved coz he's one of the top pass-rushers in this league

and for all those complaining 24/7 (and there are tons here) about his injuries, that he's unavalaible, he's missing games, blah, blah, blah,..... just let them know that apart from the 2 ACL tears (which are only bad luck, there are no players prone to tear their ACLs,... only bad luck and the best example of it is Frank Gore) the rest of the seasons he has missed 4 games,.... 4 GAMES:

- 2019: played the 16 games
- 2021:played the 17 games
- 2022: missed 1 from 17 games
- 2023; played the 17 games
- 2024: missed 3 from 17 games

and this season, next game is going to be the 5th he'll miss after a setback from the ACL injury which is a very common thing to happen,... and he will be back after the bye,.... so suck it up and stop crying!

yeah, he's played 85 games in 7 seasons,.... which is a media of 12 games per season,.... this is the NFL,.... don't you like it? go watch curling

He will want an 18 sack contract for sure. There is no way the 49ers should re sign him unless it is at much lower salary. This is his last year in my opinion. I am not so sure his style of play fits this defense

i dont agree with his style fits his defense he is 100% an elite pass rusher the issue is avaliability. We dont know what the latest injury did to him but his first few games he was playing verry well. I agree he isnt worth a premier contract even if he plays 17 games for another team (super unlikely). He just has too much injury baggage and has yet to prove to stay healthy in last 3 years or so

Assuming your math on the money per gamevis correct, if Bosa never missed a game, that's about 1.2 million per game. Overstated. The guy has missed about 30% of available games and considering his has missed almost two full seasons, 30% isn't a terrible number. Some people are talking like he is Jason Verrett or something.

What every year saga? Remove the ACL injury seasons (two) and how many games has he actually missed?

I think that since the team is 6-0, the O - line is better than expected, the secondary is better than expected, and the draft is looking great, people are SEARCHING for something to be mad about.
