At this point starting forward you have to look at him differently.
* 3 times torn up knees
* Multiple missed seasons
* Approaching 30 soon (28 this October, 29 next year)
* Huge salary and guarntees
* May not be able to count on him as reliable for any given whole year

Very true. Which is why I have explained if there is some way we can move on from him and get something good this year, it's something to consider.

After Bosa's injury, Vegas still considers the 49ers favorites to win the West and 4th to win the conference.

Ya know I'm getting kinda sick of everyone constantly trying to discount Bosa. Every year it's the same s**t. I'm baffled by just how often I have read things like this"he's a liability" and other garbage. He's awesome, he's still in his prime and he will stay that way for a few years. We are absolutely gonna miss him because he's a top 10 defensive player in this league. So just go away

Kittle and CMC not getting any younger.
One of the easiest schedules.
3-0 start with 2 wins in division. Currently first in division and #1 seed overall in NFC.
Homefield advantage in Super Bowl in Santa Clara.
With Bosa injured, it might make more sense to call up some of the contenders like the Rams, Packers, or Seahawks and see if they'll give us a mid-round pick or two for either CMC or Kittle.

I get being pessimistic from the news but some of your takes are brain dead.

After Detroit loses tonight to Baltimore, we will move into 3rd by Vegas to win our conference. 😊

No one said Bosa is not elite. But he's not helping us this year when we have a chance to win the Super Bowl sitting on the couch. So if we can swap him for a player from another team that is just as elite this year, why not do it? Maybe the other player wants to chase a ring with the 49ers or wants a change of environment. Bosa protected his interests when he held out. The 49ers organization also has a right to protect its interests now too.

I think the only crazy takes in here are the ones involving us trading for a player to get us over the hump when we can't even go one game without a key player being injured.

We have been getting over the hump. We are 3-0. Eventually players stop getting injured.

What team is swapping an elite player for a injured player?

Losing Bosa is devastating. The little pass rush we had died with out him. Huff and Williams are the guys to carry a team like they will need now.

Are we sure about that last part?
