Everyone should be hoping it's nothing serious. Not having him for the Rams game will be very tough.
Well, we have a bunch of Nostradumbasses in here. What use is hope when you know the future?

Bucs lost Evans to a hamstring. Not the same O without him.

ACL's is more of a left to right movement. You can walk normally with a torn one
Uh I don't think you can really walk normally on a torn ACL, my brother had it and his knee buckled on him, he couldn't walk normal or really at all, so no you can't walk on a freshly torn ACL.
Klay thompson shot free throws with a torn acl, but had to be carried off after.

My guess is hamstring. If it was knee then he would be limping harder. Additionally generally if it's acl he would probably being crying because he would know his seasons over.
The pain is terrible but you can walk on it a few minutes after it subsides.

The team said it was the knee. And he was wearing a sleeve on his knee when we walked out of the locker room. And they checked him for an ACL for a reason. And they said he will have an mri on his knee tomorrow.

Probably pcl then like jones. The orthopedic acl test is really good at knowing immediately if it's acl or not. They would know without an MRI.
If it was all they would not want him to walk on it even if he could. With the acl torn your knee can lock backwards and do additional damage.

It's likely a sprain. If they did the exam in the locker room and don't think it's a tear that's probably correct. They can tell a lot by just manipulating your leg. He could probably miss a few weeks. But will be back.

I have always been a fan of Bosa. But the one critique I have of him is he is always getting injured and does appear a bit soft.

Excluding 2020 (where he was obviously lost for the year), Bosa has missed 2 games in 5 season + 3 games. What are you talking about?

I just remember last year when he had a great game against Tampa but then gets injured in a must win game at home against Seattle the following week. I'm just noticing in recent years a pattern with him of coming up big in games followed by getting injured.

Soft tissue knee injuries are hard to determine without an MRI, except for an ACL tear from my understanding.
I have a torn meniscus in my left knee (along with multiple other issues all around it) and I couldn't put any weight on it for a week or so. This happened back in May and it still hurts pretty bad and extremely painful when I bend my knee all the way. I read that an ACL tear hurts worse when it happens but that the pain subsides a lot quicker than a meniscus tear.

LOL "Nostradumbasses". That's great.
i think the news on him won't be season ending. In my eyes it's just a matter of how long is he out.
I hope he doesn't have to go on IR but it's also tricky if he doesn't cause only so many players can go on IR and then come back.
let's just hope it's good news and this looked worse than it really was

This is going to be the biggest loss. The DL is incapable of generating any kid of pressure without Bosa which is astounding with as much draft capital and money spent on it.

If Bosa is out for some time, can they find someone to bring to the team to replace him?
