But honestly...i don't know if everyone else is in the same boat but this offseason seems so friggin long. I want to see these guys playing together!

So hyped for this season. My expectations wins/losses are in check but the only record that would surprise me(assuming we avoid major injuries for the first time in god knows how long) would be anything below 7-9.

I can easily see things falling into place and we have ourselves a 2011 type rebound year, although this season I'm sure it wouldn't come as a total shock to everyone like it did that year. I think the tail end of our schedule is a chit show but you never know what teams look like late in the year.

Here's hoping we start out hot, get our swag and roll into the playoffs with our DL being the better version of the Giants in 2007

....and Jimmy and the offense being the better version of Tom Brady and the Patriots in 2007

He might go through a Buckner type year where he gets a boatload of pressures, but maybe ends up with only like 8 sacks. I could live with those sacks as long as he's forcing bad and early throws by QBs.

I heard Buckner on KNBR and it sounds like he's really excited about the possibilities this year with Bosa and Ford. He's probably already working on stunts with Bosa.

If the front 7 can force the QB to throw the ball a second earlier, it will pay big dividends for our secondary

i hope jason v will be the answer but to me. our secondary is still woeful and it will cost us. no matter how good the front people may be, we also have to hope fred will not regress. our new linebacker will be fine and somehow,.we can find a good third linebacker
