Yeah I'm glad the fan base hasn't completely turned on Nick like they did Deebo. Eventually they will learn this is the only leverage a player has nowadays. But this deal will be done in a day or 2 and we will get to see thunder thighs getting in his 3 point stance getting ready to destroy tiny hands.

I hope so, I can't see him out there getting a regular snap count vs Pitt at this point

I bet they will only use him on 3rd downs and as long as we are winning they will stick to it.
At least this will make the week go by faster.

Or slower depending on how you handle these things lol

Because that is how it should be. He is not Aaron Donald 3x DPOY playing DT.

Lol I wonder if the outrage was the same when Donald signed his massive first contract that made him the highest paid defensive player in history back in 2018. He had one DPOY at that point (won another that yr). He held out the yr prior and didn't sign that massive deal until august 31st.

You're comparing Donald at 32 vs Bosa at 25 lol when you bring up s**t like 3 DPOY which wasn't a thing when he actually made that first monster contract.

Ew gross context. Get that out here man. s**ts nasty I hate it

Yeah, If he does play - I'd expect to be on a limited snap count, unfortunately. Bosa is a freak though and takes care of himself really well, so if anyone can manage, it's him. but I'd be surprised because being in good shape vs football shape are two different things.
pay the man. and if he plays this Sunday he should definitely be on snap count. Long flight with an early start time

He will sign 1 hour before game time and then go out and have a 10 sack game.

Fully aware of how the salary cap works. Where there seems to be a disconnect is that fans expect Bosa to take less than what he's worth, or would obtain in free agency, simply because there's a cap and we have other good players.

This is life in the modern NFL. Championship windows don't last forever and the league isn't set up to allow teams to pay every player they have regardless of cost. You supplement your roster and reload through successful drafting and free agency. Team's have to make choices, and unless Bosa is asking for something extremely unusual, what's happening here is SOP.
