They don't need a receiver, huh?
Probably but not gonna accept a terrible trade for one.
Might work considering their ages. Or swap picks or something.
Chargers are having to let Mack go and cut Bosa for cap issues. Deebo costing a lot is not something they would want. Would actually be interesting what Greg Roman cooked up for Deebo ngl
Its basically the only year unless extended.

Imagine changing your jersey to #1 after getting a massive contract then start showing up out of shape smh. I remember the 2023 season he decided to show up in shape posting pictures of himself and sending them to shanny. Isn't that what we paid you to do!? Why are you showing off?

Pound for pound, it's about an even trade. :) But I think Bosa gets cut this offseason, and I wouldn't want him for anywhere near his current salary. Waaaayyy too injury prone. More name than game.

Team taking Bosa has a $25M cap hit on their hands. Deebo is basically free cap wise for whatever team trades for him.
Just wait for Bosa to be cut because he's not playing in LA on a $37M cap hit on his last yr of his contract.

Deebo isn't gonna cost the new team much if anything. That restructure f**ked SF.
now if they want to extend him or whatever that's a different story.

Disagree there. When he plays he still gets consistent pressure on the QB. The injury stuff is an issue, but if you have a rotation of Bosa brothers, Floyd and a rookie that should keep guys fresh.
im not against getting him if he's cut. Im guessing he takes a discount to play with his brother.

Because of injuries mainly. His 18.8% win rate, was 20th overall in the league last yr.
He's not prime Joey and if he was he wouldn't be getting cut. It would be an upgrade to what we have currently without question.
It's probably the mostly likely outcome (with nothing to give up) vs going after Myles/Maxx or whomever is might be available via trade.

Right! Which is exactly what I said - he's too injury prone to be counted on.

I'd rather take Mack if he gets cut. Way less injury prone.

Seen the article on the main page about trading Deebo for a 2005 4th rd pick to either Denver, Pitt or NE. But wouldnt that mean more of a dead cap space hit then waiting till June 1st to deal him or cut him? I don't know if any trade compensation will include this year's draft.

This thing with Deebo is going to come down to how much of a cap hit are the 49ers willing to take. Are they willing to trade him and take a bigger hit in order to get another draft pick? Is a 4th rounder worth absorbing the extra money? I'm glad it's not my decision.

Its an easy decision because we are not getting a 4tb rounder for Deebo.

Anything higher than a 6th rounder is a win for Deebo imo.
